Wonder how he wants to do the reform? I'm afraid that the insurance companies will be the winners again.

Jutka, yes, the insurance companies need reform. It seems wrong to profit from the illness of others. In MN insurance companies have to be not for profit. MN is home to one of the largest for-profit insurers and they can't even insure people in MN. A few years back they had a major scandal in which the CEO was back dating stock options so that he could rake in millions illegally. He was caught and slapped on the wrist. Some people think this is OK to prey on others in the interest of capitalism.
