Imagine the jobs they could create...
Yes, they create jobs, in other countries. They have offshored so manny jobs and those jobs are high tech jobs, ones that pay well and that increase our tax base. I know this for sure because I've watch jobs in my own field leave this country in mass.
The billionaire I'm specifically talking about who sends jobs to India is Larry Ellison of Oracle. Bill Gates too has talked of this, and in my state the gov has talked about doing this.
And when they are not offshoring high tech jobs to India, China, etc, they are instead hiring H1-B aliens to fill jobs that they say 'can't be done by US citizens'. So far I've not seen jobs filled that couldn't be done by a US citizen who is completely qualified to do the job. I know lots of laid off workers who could fill these jobs.
