What a Beautiful Smile!

I visited Mom yesterday. She is doing OK and seems content. I took this picture after lunch. This is in the dining room at CB.

Robyn,
I've finally caught up on reading everyone's blog. I saved yours for last when I read that you had placed your mom because I wanted to read all your posts to catch up on what's been going on. It sounds like you went through quite an ordeal these past several months. I'm so sorry I wasn't around to help add to the support you needed during this time. You've made a big AND good decision for your mom's care. I understand you missing her--I miss Mom when I take time for respite care.

I'm really glad you were able to find a place that you feel confident will care for your mom and make her comfortable. I know what a hard decision this must have been for you. I've considered it as well, but I still haven't made a step in the direction of looking at any places yet.

Your mom looks very comfortable and happy in the picture.

Take care of yourself. Sending BIG hugs and lots of love your way. I'm so happy everything worked out for the both of you.
